Sacred Heart Parish
Everyone is Welcome
Since the late 1800's, Sacred Heart Church has been a place for residents and visitors to Kimberley to come together and worship as part of a strong, loving Catholic community. We are always happy to see welcome visitors to our parish and city.
Worship With Us
Sunday at 9:30 am
Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am
During the pandemic, we have unfortunately had to stop holding Mass in the Main Church and in our mission churches as well.
A Chapel was set up in the Rectory and Father offers Mass at the regular times on Sunday and weekday mornings via live-streaming on Facebook and this website. Please join us.
We hope to reopen our churches to resume the Masses in the missions soon.
Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
Sunday from 12 pm until 2 pm
We take time each Sunday during the Covid 19 crisis to pray for an end to the pandemic. The Blessed Sacrament is Exposed in the Courtyard of the Church (weather permitting) for people who wish to come and pray in their vehicle without placing themselves or others at risk of infection.
Who we are:
Sacred Heart Parish has a long, proud history of serving the community of Kimberley, British Columbia and our mission parishes of St. Anthony in Canal Flats and St. Joseph in Jaffray. Through the dedication of our pastor and volunteers, we are committed to the teachings of Jesus Christ, and are here to spread His message. We are open to people of all ages and backgrounds, and strive to journey with all we meet towards a deeper encounter with God.
